About Ezrayo Corp
A virtual accounting firm based in Florida, working with small businesses across the country — in English and in Spanish.
A business is as stable as its numbers
We believe that with clear, current books a business knows when to push forward and when to pull back. Most of our clients came to us with a shoebox, a bank feed nobody had touched in months, or a letter from the IRS they did not understand.
We work with truck drivers and rideshare owner-operators, construction, logistics, retail, behavior services, public adjusting and non-profits — plus owners who hold companies, accounts or property outside the United States.
We work in English and Spanish, and we answer the phone. When the IRS, the Department of Revenue or an insurance auditor writes, you forward it to us and we handle it.
VIRTUAL OFFICE
Your time is worth as much as your numbers.
What does a visit to your accountant cost you? The appointment, the traffic, the parking, the wait — and if you forgot a document, doing it all again.
At Ezrayo there are no waiting rooms. Your documents move through a secure portal, we meet by phone or video call, and your books are in QuickBooks Online wherever you are.
You are not paying for an elegant reception or an office you would visit twice a year, either. That money goes into the team, the technology and the service.
We serve every state except California. Our Florida address is there for whatever has to arrive by mail.
No traffic. No waiting rooms. No unnecessary visits.
You run your business. We handle your numbers.
